ADVANTAGES AND BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF SSII30A OF THE SPRAYING OIL MACHINE SERIES

1) Brief introduction of the SSII30A oil injector: the carburetor of the injector is upgraded and optimised, resulting in the oil injection being more uniform compared with the older version injector. The fuel injection nozzle has been redesigned to reduce the formation of oil droplets, so as to reduce the chance of textile contamination.

2) The oil container comes in one-piece molded die cast aluminum alloy to enhance the structural design. It is thus much stronger and more durable than models of previous generation.

3) Incorporated with a new air filter where its filter cup is hot acid treated, it is able to increase the filtering effect by 30% then conventional filters, This helps protect the equipment from being invaded by water, waste oil and contaminants, and extend the service life of automatic water drainer.

4) The new generation of oil injector features a stronger one-piece casting structure and modular assembly design to prevent the parts from loosening in long-term operation. Other advantages are longer service life, greater durability, and a significant increase in oil discharge stability.

5) The one-piece model modular structural design is lightweight and sealed with special rubber rings to enhance easy maintenance and smooth application.

6) It can be custom made to design with 16-24 lubrication spray nozzles to meet customer demand for high-quality services.

7) It can be coordinated with a newly developed pressure with (optional) to detect if the compressed air supply is adequate, this helps to enhance smoother application.

 8) All connectors of this equipment are well protected. They are anodised and nickel plated to prevent the oil lubricator from being damaged by waste oil and water.
